The Upper Court Hamburg with its verdict as of May 12th, 1998
– ref.
312 O 85/98 – Liabiliy for Links - has decided that anyone
can be held
responsible for its contents when setting up and activating a link.
This can only be prevented, according to the Upper Court, when someone
explicitly dissociates him/herself from the contents of the link(s).
We, therefore, herewith dissociate ourselves from all contents of links
on our web pages which are not operated in the scope of this domain and
we do not accept any liabilities thereof.
